Hello i'm back with another summary LESSON 12 What is Concept paper?  The concept paper is the overall planning and direction document for a Source Camp. It is useful for fundraising, public announcements, agreeing on responsibilities and objectives with partners, and post-event reporting. Creating a Concept Paper If you’ve got a great idea for a new product, program, or service, writing a concept paper is one way to seek funding for it. Concept papers describe the purpose and projected outcomes of the project, and are delivered to potential sponsors. To create a successful one, use clear, passionate language that expresses why your project matters, and who will benefit from it. Above all, show the sponsor that the goals of your project match up with the kinds of initiatives they want to support. There are 5 elements in a concept paper 1. The Role of ICT in Recent History Throughout recent history, the Philippines has been one of a few nations that demonstrates unity fir a call to action or social change. These campaigns for social change would have been successful if it were not for ICT. EDSA (People Power Revolution) . The People Power Revolution lasted from 1983 to 1986. During a radio broadcast of Radyo Veritas,Cardinal Sin encouraged the Filipinos to help end the regime of then President Ferdinand Marcos. A major protest took place along EDSA from February 22-25, 1986 involving two million Filipinos from different sectors. These included civilians, political parties, the military, and religious groups. The radio broadcast helped change the course of history. Without it, Filipinos would not have been moved into action. Lesson 10: Interactive Multimedia What is Interactive Multimedia?  Interactive Multimedia  are products and services on computer-based systems which respond on the user's actions by presenting content. INTERACTIVE -offers multiple choice or scenarios. -the viewer chooses which sequence or subjects to explore. MULITIMEDIA -text, sound, video, animation and graphics in the same program or presentation. INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA  -products and services on computer-based systems which respond to user's actions by presenting content. Here are some multimedia contents: Videos - through video hosting sites, you can take a video and show it to the entire world (e.g., YouTube) Sound, Music or Audio - you can share your sound bites to the entire world, if you're not into videos (e.g., SoundCloud) Online Games - Game developers now create what is called "browser-based games". You don't need to install games to
