Lesson 7 Summary

Hello guys once again I'm back with another summary.

Today I'm gonna summarize.

LESSON 7 - ONLINE PLATFORM FOR ICT CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

1.) Social Media Platforms - A social media platform allows us to create our own personal account and post our own content. A great example for a Social Media Platform is Facebook. Facebook is a widely known Social Media Website,  It has over a billion accounts created. Facebook is very well known for its news feed feature where you can see you and your friends' content.

FACEBOOK - allows you to create not only personal accounts but also pages and groups where you can share content. The only downside of this is that you restricted to the Facebook's "one-size-fits-all" design. It is the biggest social network of students, and is gaining ground among professionals too. Facebook application enables you to add new ways for users to interact with each other. On the plus side,Facebook has a lot of users.

2.) Blogging Platform - Although you can post your content in social media platform, it cannot be compared to blogging when it comes to customizations. A blogging platform's primary focus is on content and design. Websites such as Wordpress allow you to not only add content but to also customize the design of your website itself. Even though blogging platform has a lot of features for your content, it is less popular when compared to social media platform because social media platform is a lot more user-friendly and it does not really require a lot of knowledge when posting your content.
